From what I've seen and from what people have been saying, you can't see all the nodes if you farmed them before this reset and I believe it since this was all I was able to find after the update.

I will update after the daily reset and am able to properly map the many missing nodes from today's map.

Found the orichalcums, still need to find all the ancient wood and more omnoms, but updated enough for now. Time for dungeons. PM me if you find any more ancient wood :).
